1. Shipping Scope (India Only)
We currently offer shipping services strictly within India. We do not ship internationally at this time. Whether you are in a Metro city or a remote location, our logistics partners ensure your Pridila package reaches you.
2. Order Processing Time
- Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and packed at our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday) after you receive your order confirmation email.
- Sundays & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Notification: You will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details the moment your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with India’s most trusted courier services (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and DTDC) to ensure timely delivery of your undergarments.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. Metro cities (like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore) usually see faster delivery, while remote areas (like North East or J&K) may take slightly longer.
4. Discreet Packaging (Privacy Promise)
We know that privacy is your top concern when shopping for lingerie online.
- Plain Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, opaque, unbranded packaging (poly bags or boxes).
- No Branding on Label: The shipping label will not mention “Lingerie,” “Bra,” or “Undergarments.”
- Sender Name: The sender will be listed simply as “[Your Legal Entity Name]” or “Fulfillment Center.”
- 100% Private: No one receiving the package (neighbors, family, or office reception) will know what is inside.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, we will send you a Tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this ID on our courier partner’s website to track your package status in real-time.
6. Undeliverable Orders & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address (including House No., Street, Landmark, and Pincode) and a valid mobile number for the delivery agent to contact you.
- Incorrect Address/Phone: If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the customer was not available, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.
- Non-Cancellable: As per our Return Policy, orders returned to origin (RTO) due to customer error cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7. Damaged or Open Packages
We ensure high-quality packing standards. However, if you receive a package that looks tampered with, opened, or heavily damaged:
- Do NOT accept the delivery.
- Ask the courier agent to mark it as “Damaged/Tampered.”
- Contact us immediately at pridilainfo@gmail.com with your order number so we can send a replacement.
